About Event

We are happy to announce that Ideal Institute of Management and Technology, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, is once again organizing “GYAN MANTHAN 2023” Two days Annual Inter-college Fest on 12th and 13th January 2023 at the campus, 16-X, Karkardooma Institutional Area, Delhi-92. We take this opportunity to invite students from your esteemed institution to participate in the wide plethora of events organized in GYAN MANTHAN 2023.



The details of the events are as under:



Day 1 - 12th January, 2023(Thursday): IIMT MUN (Model United Nations):

The Inaugural Edition of IIMT Model United Nations (MUN) is being organized as a one-day conference. This Conference is organized with the purpose to spread maximum awareness and provide the participants with a platform to discuss important global affairs.

We are pleased to bring to your kind notice the wide selection of committees that the Institute shall be offering for its Inaugural Edition, namely:

1. United Nations General Assembly (UNGA)

2. United Nations Security Council (UNSC)

3. United Nations Commission on Status of Women (UNCSW)

The respective agendas drawn to be discussed during the conference is Drug Trafficking: Hampering International Peace and Security, Cyber Terrorism: Undermining International Security, and Gender Equity: Key to Global Development and Enrichment. These committees will encourage all delegates to extensively research and analyze their respective country’s policies and political relations. We are confident that each of our committees will allow both novice and experienced debaters to put their skills to good use in an accurate simulation of 21st-century international politics.

The brochure along with the poster for the Conference has been duly attached to this e-mail for your kind perusal. Day 2 - 13th January 2023 (Friday): CULTURAL FIESTA

The day will give ample opportunities to students to unleash their creativity and talent. The events being organized are:



1. CREATIVE OASIS: THE MAGIC OF FINGERS ( Fine Arts competition)

2. KAVITA PATH

3. INSTAGRAM REELS

4. TAAL BETAAL- SINGING COMPETITION

5. SHAKE THE FLOOR (DANCE COMPETITION)

6. HEELS & CAPES (SUSTAINABLE FASHION SHOW)

The Valedictory Session for the 1st day Model United Nations (MUN) is scheduled from 4:00 pm onwards on 12th January 2023 and for 2nd day Cultural Fiesta is scheduled from 3.30 pm onwards on 13th January, 2023, and we expect all participants to be present in the Valedictory Session.
